Bergen is the gateway for touring fjords. It is Norway’s second largest city and home to a world heritage city and was Norway’s capital city between the 12th and 13th century. Bergen is responsible for a large chunk of Norwegian culture, such as Ludvig Holberg, a writer known as "Moliere of Northern Europe", and Edvard Grieg, a composer who introduced the world to music inspired by the landscapes
